unfortunately this is already our last day in the big apple. We actually only leave tomorrow morning but our flight is so early that we decided to canclle or last night at the hostel and spend it at the airport instead. But we still have a full day of fun ahead of us and here is how we spent it:
First thing, breakfast at starbucks of course then we split up. Fibs and kirsten went to abercrombie where i would meet them after having gone back to the american airlines office. I figured out what to do instead of going to the caribbean so now i needed new flights which the same niice woman from yesterday arranged for me. She also thought that i fly a lot and put me on their frequant flyer program.
I met up with the girls and kirsten decided we could not leave new york without having been to Saks Fifth Avenue to at least look at the gorgeous shoes. When we got there we found ourselfs in shoe heaven. And they also had a huge sale going on which doesnt mean cheap shoes but at least cheaper shoes! I found an awesome louboutin. When i asked for the second one the guy said "ok i will go get HER for you" her? Did he really say that? Trust me he did. Unfortunatelly he did not find her. Which to me seems wierd cause if the left one is here the right one cant be to far away right? I found another great pair and really considered buying them. I mean when do u ever get the chance to buy louboutins for 200 bucks?
Fibs had her eye on an amazing pair of soft pink jimmy choose. Too bad her eye also had to see another girls foot wearing them. And when u looked at that girls face u could read "i am not letting you go again" in her expresion.
Kirsten found the most beautiful louboutins. Unfortunately hers were not on sale.
After kirstend decided she could not affored another pair of four digits shoes we all left the store emptyhanded and ready for comfort food :) we ended up at europa cafe.
We spent the rest of the afternoon in barnes and nobles taking and buying books instead of shoes :) back at the hostel we finished packing and then went to the cinema. Kirsten had just seen inception and said we just had to see it and that she wanted to see it again. I had seen the trailer and was not to confinced we went anyway. Wierd movie but actually not that bad and i have to admit that leonardo dicaprio is a pretty good actor.
After this we said goodbye to kirsten picked up our luggage and tool the metro and the bus to laguardia where we couldnt really sleep cause we were so excited to get to disney world!
